Personal apático y poco cordial. No es posible que durante el desayuno porquo se pare de la mesa por ir al baño o subir 5 minutos a la habitacion, saquen todo de la mesa por dejarla un rato. Incluso dejando mis pertenencias . Respondiendo que eran sus medidas cdo uno se levanta de ella. Cero cordura, todo rapido y desordenado. No volveria al hotel, y eran quejas de muchos pasajeros.Siempre habian malas respuestas, del personal.

Clean and quiet room, had a great sleep after a long travel. Reception lady, Constanza, was very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a great variety.

My stay was very good. Wonderful, helpful staff. Being an American with knowing little conversational spanish, they were very gracious. Entire place was very clean and the showers work very well. Continental breakfast was very good. Everything stocked continually and clean.

La ubicación excelente a 8 minutos en carro y 20 caminando del aeropuerto. La zona súper tranquila y ubicado al frente del mall más grande. La atención del personal es muy buena, muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Las habitaciones son super cómodas con aire acondicionado y Netflix. El desayuno con buena variedad. Las instalaciones súper limpias y bien mantenidas.

Feels like a Holiday Inn Express in the US, but with better service. They had the best free breakfast I have ever had at a hotel, and they have hot food available in the evenings.

Holiday Inn have never disappoint. It’s pretty basic but it has everything needed. Best beds, sheets and it has air conditioner. I’ve been staying there for 3 years, every time I travel to Chile from the USA and I will continue to choose Holiday Inn.
