The stay was perfect

The hotel was inviting and clean. The staff was amazing! While there I used the pool, it was slightly cool, but once you got in, it was fine. The waterslide was super fast! The gym is very small. The exercise bike does not have straps for your shoes on the pedals, which makes using it a bit of a challenge. There is a treadmill and there is a small bench and some weights. It is not huge, but it is functional. They also provide bottled water to drink while you are working out. There was enough parking, but the parking lot was very small. The staff was super friendly! And every staff member had a smile. They were helpful and providing directions for places to eat. My room was huge! There was bed in one room and a couch in the other. TV’s in both rooms. Cable provided. The bathtub was clean and wide. I was a nice stay for the price.

Checked in at 3:00 on Saturday. The young lady at the front desk was exceptional. It's an older hotel that has had some work done in the bathrooms and also USB outlets added to the night stand. The one glaring item was the water fountain in the pool area, it was old and dirty. Did not see the gym. Breakfast was adequate. Scrambled eggs are the same all over, yellow and tasteless. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

The staff were friendly. The room was tidy though the old carpet and furniture needed a deep clean. The bathroom was alright but could have been cleaner and the towels were worn out. The bed was fine. Wifi was good. We didn’t try the breakfast. Good for a stopover.

The room was fine. Breakfast was alright. At least it had some hot food.

I didn't get to use the gym, maybe the next time I lounge I will.

Room was clean. Staff friendly. Pool fun. A little dated but didn’t both me. We had a nice stay before our appointment at the nearby children’s hospital. Great value for money. Didn’t have breakfast due to fax

Very bad customer service in the front desk. After a very long day of traveling, we checked in did the process. The front desk agent is so rude and argued with us guests. I asked for her name as she is not wearing name tag and she said "why do I have to tell you my name?". But I got her name Sarah or something.

Very good

Hard to get a hold of front desk, called approximately 15 times before I got anywhere. Says the pool is open until 10 pm but apparently they put it into maintenance at 7:15. And won’t open in the morning either. I have kids and open pools are very important. I always check main hotel sites to make sure pools are not undergoing anything. Nothing was written on the main website.

Room was clean but older

Staff was good. Hot tub was broken but it was working the day before when we booked, but they did let us use a suite jacuzzi tub. Treadmill incline needs to be fixed and there was no remote for the tv in the fitness room. A fan and blinds in the window in the fitness room is needed as the window looks right over the hot tub. Breakfast was good except English muffins were moldy.

We got stuck in the elevator and it was not a good feeling! I understand from the staff the hotel has had problems in the past. So, we wondered why the elevator was making noises and your staff did not address the matter proactively.

Suite was clean and comfortable. It was very warm all night however. We didn't like the sink outside the washroom without even a towel rack. Could I suggest handicap rails in the washroom. My husband is disabled and I have bad knees. Only talked to people at desk. Very courteous & friendly. Overall pleased with the accommodation.

Bathroom walls and the inside of the door needed to be washed. I tried three times to have a hot bath but the water never got warm enough. I don’t know if being on the third floor had anything to do with it.
