Everything was excellent about this hotel - staff, location, area dining - except one thing. The room temp is controlled from the front desk. When we arrived, the room was uncomfortably stuffy because the heater was on. The suggestion from the gentleman at the front desk was to turn the heater off. Wow, never would have thought of that. Even when we did turn it off, the room remained uncomfortable. Before the room is booked, guests should be informed of the situation. Hotels.com should also be responsible for notifying the guest. Especially at this hotel’s rate.

Unable to fault anything in the hotel!! Everything from the word go .. customer services, rooms, location, room service, food, was of very high quality and spot on!! Highly recommended

Good selection of food available for breakfast. However hot drinks were not served but obtained from machine which was tempremental. Room was well-equipped and confortable but air conditioning did work consistently

The walls had black scratch marks. Room 203 The walls were thin you could hear everything in the lobby

Exceptional! Wonderful hotel, very personable/helpful staff made our 5 night stay the most pleasurable experience. Centrally located, easy walk to Old Town and starting point for tours to other parts of the island.

I couldn’t have picked a better Hotel. Everything was excellent! They even surprised my husband with chocolate and champagne on his birthday! Great location, clean, and friendly staff.

Don’t normally write reviews but the hotel and staff are first class , the room every day was cleaned to perfection ( thank you ) the reception staff and breakfast staff went over and beyond . Will definitely stay again.

Hotel is very central, and rooms are very nice and modern, with nice beds and showers etc. Kids can’t go in the roof pool. Only one of three pools is heated. Staff aren’t the friendliest. Only small stuff, but just not ever going the extra mile eg three mornings in a row they ran out of teabags at the breakfast buffet and when I asked someone to refill them I got a big sigh and shrug like it was a lot to ask. It’s not a cheap hotel, so I am holding them to quite a high standard.
