Location is great very central. Rooms are small but comfortable. Front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful when asked questions.

El hotel es lindo pero ocio es un poco viejo se entiende por su historia pero podrían mejorar su aire acondicionado nosotros nos quedamos en su penthouse y todo muy bien excepto el aire acondicionado si hay que invertir un poco en eso

AC worked as it should, everything was clean and staff very helpful and respectful. We got two delicious complementary breakfast. I would definitely recommended and come back here in my future endeavors.

The noise from the street was terrible! OK itls carnaval week-end but we could not sleep until 4:00AM. If you are looking for a sound proof quiet spot to sleep get away from the Zócalo.

The lobby is very pretty, the room was cold, staff were friendly and helpful, the shower got hot and had excellent water pressure, and the Sanbornes store attached the hotel had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The restaurant was also good and had friendly staff. I did have to reset my room card a few times, but it was quick to do and only a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was great and I’d be willing to book here again.

Rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable. The shower was excellent, great water pressure.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hotel is charming and historic. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the Zocalo. The staff is excellent, at check in, the bellman, housekeeping, the servers at the restaurant, just so attentive and friendly. We definitely appreciate such great service. The pool area is very nice with sufficient pool loungers. We ordered room service one night and our food arrived quickly. They helped us book a taxi for the airport. Everything went so well, we would love to return here in the future.
