Property was clean and beautiful, while some staff were super helpful the majority were rude. On check in only 3 beds were made up (for 4 paid people) we arrived late at night and had to wait for them to come and makeup the 4th bed, this was broken so we then had a further wait for a new bed to be brought in. Room was clean and spacious for a family, maids were friendly and always made sure we had everything. Pool is beautiful, large and plenty of sunbeds available. Towels are also available around the pool to use which is helpful. They really do not allow any sort of food/drinks around the pool or hotel (not even a birthday cake for a member of our party) buffet breakfast had a huge range available and was good value for money, although food from the bar area was not. We were served a raw chicken burger with missing items from despite pointing to menu while ordering due to language barrier. Luggage room available if you have a late flight, but no shower room to use to clean and change.

The shuttle service to the metro was extremely convenient and came often. The location, although far from the city centre, made the area very quiet which we enjoyed. Good breakfast buffet with a lot of options. Very large, clean room. Good amenities such as the hotel bar. Overall, a pleasant hotel experience.

Far from centre. But shuttle to Metro is a smart move by the hotel.

We were most impressed by the hotel, staff and facilities. Sunday night local restaurants were closed including the hotel restaurant so the bar was swamped. The staff did a good job but they were overwhelmed. Suggest you open the restaurant or extend the eating area in the bar on Sunday and put on more staff. To save on plastic and card packaging suggest you do not put plastic combs and razors in the room but put a sign saying toiletry items are available on request.

Great hotel, very modern and spacious, not far from all attractions (15min by taxi). Definitely worth recommending.

All good although 3 coffee dispensers were not enough for breakfast rush. We preferred to eat in the piano bar.

Clean, spacious room in a modern hotel with a spacious bathroom were much appreciated. The spacious, airy theme continued in all public spaces. Odd things like a tiny sliver of a balcony with only one chair, not so much. The buffet breakfast works well. Unfortunately, we could only give 3 stars due to the paper-thin walls and how much sound filtered in. We could hear our neighbours on both sides so clearly: they kept us awake or, like yesterday morning, I failed to get a lie in due to next door's wake up alarm and subsequent three snoozes. We could hear their music, conversations and snores all night. Our non-soundproofed walls reduced our relaxation and enjoyment of the the evenings. The intrusive sounds are worse due to the loud nature of conversations on patios, regularly up to 2am. Hence, the staff and hotel are great, but you'll need good earplugs to get a good night's sleep. No concierge or porter services. Book your trips beforehand. The hotel is trying to be a mix of business/conference and holiday provider. The latter could be greatly improved with a tours desk. It's not a great location either. The shuttle only holds 8 people and comes every 10/15 mins to the train station. The train is then 4 stops away to the city centre and it's a crowded, busy commuter shuttle. Not really relaxing but ok if you're fit and able. Around the hotel, there are some very rough pedestrian paths with no lighting. It's much better with a car to get around. Would not return.

Breakfast good. Pool doesn’t open until 11. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Shuttle to and from the Metro is definitely necessary but a nice touch and runs every 10/15 mins

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days with my husband and our 5-year-old daughter, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The staff were generally unfriendly, rarely smiled, and seemed unwilling to help. Communication in basic English was difficult. At reception, staff appeared cold and unwelcoming. One incident shocked me: I asked for milk for my coffee and was sent to the bar to pay for it, even though small portions are provided in the room. At the bar, two older male staff members laughed and talked about me while serving me, which felt very disrespectful. Another female staff member was also rude, made me wait unnecessarily, and refused to give me a knife and fork to cut fruit for my child. Pool service was inconsistent: one staff member was helpful, while another insisted on only one towel per person, even saying this to my child. The pool was also very cold. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no variety. I was not even allowed to take a banana when leaving. Our room faced a construction site, with noise from 8am daily, and it was dusty. At check-out, no one asked about our stay or even said goodbye. Overall, very poor service and not a welcoming atmosphere. I would not recommend this hotel.

Pleasant stay but outdoor pool was cold (April 2026) otherwise impressive internal lobby and open cafe spaces with good breakfast facilities. Convenient for city break.

We had a great 2 day stay at this hotel which has all the amenities you could ask for. Our room was large and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle bus to the metro station was a big plus for us. The breakfast selection could have been better and WiFi was slow. Apart from this everything was great and we would definitely stay here again.

* Room very outdated, poor lighting, almost felt unclean because of it. *No concierge, was very difficult to find the room. * Outdoor work left our car absolutely filthy. Free parking tho *Breakfast was good with good selection of food. * Hotel looked nice overall but bedrooms were a let down. * Restaurant staff in the evening were very unhelpful. Didn’t even acknowledge us waiting.

Loads of great things about this hotel: - Huge pool with plenty of loungers, fresh towels, showers and shallow area for kids. - Spacious and nicely decorated atrium with indoor fountain. Lovely smell in reception too! - Bar area had indoor and outdoor seating and a good selection of meals available. - Breakfast selection was vast! - Staff were so kind and looked after us really well (apart from the pool towel lady - she was quite grumpy. Luckily only had to talk to her briefly once a day) - Beds were super comfy - Aircon worked well and was easy to use - House keeping were really thorough and kept rooms clean - Shuttle bus to/from the nearby Metro was brilliant. Metro into central Seville took only 10/15 mins and cost a few Euros. Things that could have been better: - There was no conditioner in the bathrooms. Shampoo and bodywash provided, thanks, but would have been good to know conditioner not available so I could have brought my own. - Bedroom furniture was quite beaten, old and in poor condition. Could do with a refresh. - Locks on the door looked a little broken/flimsy. Summary: Great place to enjoy a Seville city break but with the space and amenities of a lovely hotel.
