Quiet location. Close to river.

The room was spacious and very clean. I didn't drive to Salzburg so I cannot comment on the parking arrangements. The staff was spectacular! Forgive me but I forgot the staffer's name but she was very accomodating and helpful when I signed in. In fact, I responsed to the email from the hotel and had to inform them I would not be arriving until very late on my first night. But was informed that I could pick my door key in the dropbox at the rear of the property. I never had to use a feature like this before and worked out so very well. I was most impressed with the rapidity at which this information was relayed between your staff and me. It allowed me to rest easier knowing I was not going to be left unattended since my arrival (I had missed my connecting flight from Copenhagen and had to make alternate plans). It worked perfectly, so thank you for that!

The front desk closes at 6PM which we were not aware of. Our flight arrived near 6PM and I received a call from Andy at the front desk who waited for us to arrive and since I have mobility issues he moved us to a more accessible room.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, and that’s so important when traveling. Staff was friendly and our rooms were made up well every day. Simple breakfast, plenty of bread selections. Excellent area, close to Mirabell platz. I’d stay here again.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Just be aware that reception is not open at night so if you arrive past 6:00 pm you must go around the back and get a code, that they will email you, to get access to your room key.

This is a lovely hotel! So charming! The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Not in the city center, but not a bad walk. Close to bus stop for transport around city. I would certainly stay here again! The staff are very pleasant an helpful.

Large, clean, well equipped room. Quiet at the back despite proximity of the road. Parking cost more than advertised on Hotels.com but still very reasonable for the location Location close to everything.

Besutiful large room. Very attentive staff and eager to help. Great location for walking to the old part of Salzburg and nearby thd train station. Breakfast should have a bit more variety. Cereals would be great.

Lovely Hotel, great rooms and modern bathroom. The decor throughout the hotel is quirky and lovely. Felt like home from home, we were very comfortable during our stay. Staff were excellent, kind and helpful. Andre on Reception was so friendly and helpful. Great location, thank you.

Nice boutique hotel and good to use as a base. No fridges in rooms if you need one. It is a bit of a walk into old town but peaceful if you walk along the river. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is tea and toast with jam and juice to start your day. Hotel is right behind Mirabella palace and 7 min to panoramic tours if you plan any day trips then this location is great for connecting with the busses.
