Great stay!

Shower was not working but they came and fixed it. Room service needs to improve.

A lady called Lisa Wilheim at reception was the most amazing staff member ever! She was kind accommodating and helpful! We stayed for a friends wedding and she was wonderful in every way that a wedding party would need. I cannot more highly recommend her and I am very grateful for her service

This is always a 10/10 stay. The property is gorgeous and well maintained, there are a variety of dining options, and the staff always goes out of their way to be accommodating.

Very nice and elegant vibrance. I admire the peace and quiet. Only unfortunate of the cold couldn't enjoy the outdoors amenities, will be back again for another experience and stay.

The staff at this property is outstanding. They will make sure every part of your stay is taken care of. If you forget something important - like an anniversary present, they are very willing to help you out. Our experience for the last 15 has been consistent and keeps us coming back.

I enjoyed the views, most of the staff were wonderful! Beds are a bit uncomfortable. Too much chatter in the Spa Area, however I was offered the quiet room which was nice.

The tavern closed too early on Saturday night. There were more than enough guests in attendance to justify staying open. We were notified of last call at 11:30 which required us to take our business off the resort and this was inconvenient as a Lansdowne over night guest.

We went for a weekend getaway. The property was nice and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. There are tons of places to go in the area. Highly recommend

The hotel room was in need of a refresh. Althought the bed and bathroom linens were lovely, corners on the chairs were worn, the toilet made a groaning noise after flushing and the room safe didn't work (it was locked in the open position and we couldn't reset it). The common areas seemed fine.

We got a special discounted room on short notice. The rooms are worn and need a refresh. We would have been outraged if we had paid full price for what we got. It is really no better than an average at best three star.

We were there for a beautiful wedding celebration. Everything was excellent!
