Room was clean and staff were helpful

We got the last ferry and it was running late, which means we were checking in at almost 2am. The front desk was still open and staffed and friendly. Even though our stay was only about 6 hours, it was clean comfortable and we wished we could’ve stayed longer. The breakfast was also a nice touch before we headed out.

The room was dirty. The kitchenette was poorly stocked. The pool and hot tub were dirty.staff were good, but I do not recommend this hotel.

Perfect for a family stay Family rooms are perfect

Everything was perfect

We had a lovely one night stay here. Beds were comfy, breakfast was nice, room was clean, staff was friendly. Only things we wish were for more body towels in the room and the shower curtains smelled musty/moldy.

This is where I stay when I come visit Nanaimo. The staff are great, the restaurant is good!!! The only reason I gave a 3 is cuz it was being renovated, but that means improvement!!!!

Breakfast

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, and there were plenty of parking spaces.

Quiet and clean . They are finishing renovations but it did not impact our stay. Nice to have the option of continental breakfast feee before 0930 or 20% off breakfast at the restaurant attached after 0930.

Clean Room

I did not like the fact that I received not a written print out of my actual charges from the hotel. Desk said there was an additional deposit that would be refunded but was evasive as to how much our when. Never saw a print out of registration our charges. I don't care for that practice.

Good budget hotel but it is dated in the rooms drywall patches like crazy breakfast did the job other then that it was good

Staff were amazing at providing recommendations and suggestions for places to see and things to do. They were always pleasant and professional. The breakfast was great and the staff kept it well stocked and clean while being very friendly. A great stay!

The staff were very good. The hotel is being renovated so the main lobby was kind of a mess. The swimming pool and hot tub were not well maintained or appealing. Decent value for your money.
