Very clean, friendly people.

The price is great!! The lady whom checked me in was great!! I asked if the pool was open. She said yes. The pool was the only reason I booked. However. Two hours later as soon as the next front desk attendant came in, the pool was closed. At 5pm. I really only wanted to tan. It would have been nice to dip in the pool. But I just wanted to lay in the sun. The guy said , who knows when it will be fixed. Idk when the person will come to fix it. Which is true. But , he really didn’t do much to make me happy about the situation. I was not happy. Still not happy. The towels were stained also. The room was spacious. The room was clean. The bed was super comfy. The first front desk clerk was as great. Price was good. Location from the interstate is beyond amazing. Landscaping and outside maintenance needs a little help.

Property is older but larger rooms. Seemed clean. No breakfast but snacks available for purchase.

I felt safe and secure. We'll definitely be back. We were staying at Extended Stay in Bristol, VA. No longer felt safe. We've found our safe place. Thank you Bristol Arcadia Inn!

2-3 star inn with NO BREAKFAST. NOISY folks upstairs and I smelled smoke in hallway near my room. Easy on/off interstate.

The pool was not usable. Our shower didn't have a hook for the hand-held shower piece. There was no cups for coffee. The worst was the way we were treated at check in. My disability was questioned as if I really needed a handicap room. I was forced to go through the lobby to prove disability instead of being allowed to use the door at the end of the hallway. My room was so far away from the entrance that my legs were cramping and in spasms when I finally made it to my room. I had messaged that my elderly dog had walking issues as well. She was so distressed that she was fretful during the night. I have never felt so angry and embarrassed. I use a rolling walker to get around. I felt like I was being punished for asking to have a handicapped room.

Stayed one night while traveling through the area. Room was as expected with no issues. Front desk staff was great!

The property was in need of cleaning and landscaping. The room was musty and in need of an remodel. It was however clean enough.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is just adequate.

Hotel has a musty smell but the room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Clean room for a good price. Over all Little dated and could use a little TLC. Staff was excellent!! Friendly helpful and accommodating.
