The condition of the hotel does not match the condition portrayed in the pictures on the website. I was put in a room next to the pool equipment room and there was a loud buzzing noise. I asked to be moved to another room and the guy working at the desk said he couldn’t do that because I checked in after 10pm. I had reserved a one queen bed standard room and was put in a very old room with an ancient kitchenette. It was a last minute trip to attend the funeral of a a good friend and my experience at this hotel definitely made the trip even worse. I sent in comments directly to the hotel and through the help page on this site and have not received any responses besides the automated ones. Very disappointing.

Rooms are very small. But are updated. Everything else is dated. The water slide is wicked fast. Rooms were clean.

Breakfast was good, pool was very clean and hot tub was on the right temperature

Very pleasant, however a/c working but very noisy and rough shape, lovers broken, poor controls. Finishing plain. Not finished, no paint or cover on wood. No microwave. Comfortable bed, nice furnishings other than I have mentioned.

We stayed one night when we checked in bedding has stains we immediately called staff and they changed. Property is dated. Room telephone, TV and some electric outlets aren't working.

Loud upstairs heard banging and feet most of the night not hotels problem just disrespectful other guests that should learn to be with public or stay home

Liked the pool, but small rooms

It was a nice room with a nice little couch that we could cover for our pet. We stayed two nights and it was pleasant and accommodating. We would stay there again. Thank you.

Would book here again. First room we were given was not cleaned. Second room was clean. Check in was easy, pleasant gentleman helped us. No Kleenex in the room. No ice available. Although older hotel, it had been updated. No carpet in the room. Cute little suite. Pool & slide area looked great.

The way they have the pool, can hear kids screaming till they finally closed the pool at 10 while we were trying to get some sleep. Changed my room and I did not get the 2 queen beds I asked for

Beds were smaller than expected. Older building. Staff were friendly.

Best part of this hotel is the indoor pool and hot tub. Overall a nice budget place to stay. Would stay again.

Always a great place to stay when I’m in Lethbridge. Clean, comfortable and close to everything.
