Really cute design! Staff was very kind and the breakfast was not half bad! Really enjoy our stay, would recommend for anyone on a quick trip!

Karen is a very kind, helpful, compassionate person and would be an excellent manager or trainer for reception staff. The gentleman maintaining the pool was also very kind and compassionate. He also has great management and/or potential for training new hires. Do you have a formal Hilton employee training program?

We stayed here for a few nights, and we were happy with our stay. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. They offer housekeeping if you want it. There is breakfast every morning, including fresh made omelets. The options do not change each day, but there is plenty of variety available. They also offer a daily happy hour with drink tickets, although we did not end up partaking. The staff were all friendly, particularly the front desk. We needed airport transportation, and they easily accommodated our time request. The downside to the hotel is the large atrium that extends upwards in the center of the building. It is beautiful, but if anyone is loud in the atrium, it carries throughout the floors. Highly recommend asking for a room far from the atrium.

This was one of the loveliest Embassy Suites we’ve been to…modern and super clean. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. TV’s in both rooms were huge. I did not like the mattress nor pillows. The water pressure was low

The location is in a very quiet clean area on Irvine. Check in went smooth and easy and the parking garage was very clean and close to the from door. The only bad thing about it is that when I walk in to my room I could smell humid like not a good clean smell. Most of the furniture had a lot wear and tear. Couches and carpet were visibly dirty. The other bad thing was the breakfast staff. There were not friendly at all. Not one staff made me feel welcome. Overall was an okay staff it could of definitely have been better

Poor customer service, dirty furniture, broken shower top nuzzles. And was reported to the front desk, nothing was done, management didn’t care. we like to travel, and sometimes we encounter hotels with bad costumer service, but never like this one😡 very bad experience.

Breakfast was good and always FRESH. I would suggest a list of drinks offered for the complimentary alcohol beverages for convivence purposes. Every drink I wanted was an upgrade and could not be done, yet I can have what-ever drinks I wanted. The walls were very thin. I could hear my girls laughing, talking, and when having to use the restroom next door . . . and vise versa. Please incorporate vents in the restroom for better ventilation; otherwise, rooms were clean and comfortable.

Food was not good...very noisy...property old

Property is very clean and tidy. Nice breakfast each morning and facilities and room were clean. The exercise room and pool were also very nice. I was disappointed due to the staff charging me for two extra nights that I didn’t use because I booked with Expedia with wrong dates. If you book with Expedia you cannot change your reservation in any way so make sure it’s right.

Amazing service!

Clean, staff were friendly and nice area. There are various spots for dining near. Also, easy access to the freeway. Did not get to swim in the pool but it was clean and a decent size. Free breakfast was served every day.

Room 806 was dated and dirty. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night due to water backing up into the tub and smelling bad.

Great stay. Loved having the separate room. The free Happy hour and breakfast were icing on the cake.
