Staff and clean room

Overall my stay was pleasant, a couple of points the E lounge food offering should be better/ upgraded and offer some sort of hot breakfast for those that want to stay with in the lounge area. The room attendants where excellent paying attention to the smallest details taking the time to place personal belongings on side table ect. Generally very pleasant and professional staff though out the hotel.I will be staying at this hotel again

Nice modern hotel with English speaking staff. The sun at the pool comes out around 2 pm.

Clean room and staff we’re great. Food was not good though, it was expensive and often over cooked.

Highly recommend staying here. The staff was absolutely amazing and catered to every single one of our needs. The facilities are beautiful and the pool was definitely great. You also have to try nuestro Secreto the food was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing FS property. They care about giving you the best experience possible. Their in house bakery Alfajors were amazing, especially the chocolate ones, these are not on the menu but if you ask the concierge they will get you some for you. Elena’s Charcuterie was the best I’ve ever had!
