I stayed here from January 20, 2026 to January 21, 2026, and cleanliness was disappointing. Hair was found on the bed in Room 212, and even after changing rooms to 218, the same problem occurred. This indicates a serious housekeeping issue that management should address.

Amazing staff, clean rooms. The best hotel beds and pillows I have ever experienced.

Staff is great, especially at Tempo. Hotel is getting dated unfortunately and is definitely in need of if a facelift. Rooms were clean beds are comfy. Parking is not included it will be $28 for the night. A few minutes walk away, taking the pedway you are indoors though. There's a pool at the Barrington but the hot tub is across the street as well at a sister hotel.

Totally forgot about the breakfast as we were running late but enjoyed are our stay. Bartender/waitess in the restaurant was n8ce and friendly even after we ordered food secs before kitchen was suppose to close lol

It was a short stay for me, and it did the trick ! The House keeper didn't know if i was in the room the next morning. Maybe digitze this, where the housekeeping staff could quickly reference something to see if that guest has checked out yet or not.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved. Finding long hairs in the shower is not something you want to see in the shower. A sign mentioning that on a 5 day stay the room will be cleaned every third day is also unappealing.

Room smelled faintly of body odour, elevator didn't work. Otherwise a relatively comfortable and clean room.

This hotel needs an upgrade. The temperature in the room was too warm and with the ancient thermostat we could not adjust the temperature. The parking is really painfully challenging and inconvenient. No housekeeping unless you stay for 4 days? The staff on the front desk did not give adeq On a good note, the bed was clean and comfortable.

Our experience was just okay but too expensive for what we had... our room temperature was cold, couldn't get the heat higher than 69 and the termostat was at high for a whole day and all through the night. We had to hold down the toilet handle longer or it wouldn't flush. Went to pool, water temperature was not warm and the women sauna didn't work.

The washrooms are very old school and there was dust on the exhaust. The exhaust also does not work and it got very steamy in the washroom. The carpets also need to be either removed or changed, they are extremely old. Being a famous hotel right on Barrington street it was extremely underwhelming.

Room was nice, clean and quiet. Lots of people smoking weed... Elevators are so slow. Parking situation is not very good.

Staff was great. Hotel not so much. It wasn’t the cleanest. There was stuff on the hall way floor for 3 days they never vaccumed. The rooms weren’t really clean either. The doors in the elevator don’t think have been cleaned or polished for a long time very dirty. There was a sewer smell in the halls as well and faint smell in the room.
