The staff at the breakfast room was overall very rude and didn't pay attention to the guests.

Great location and nice bar. That said, the hotel is starting to look it's age. Rooms need to be updated soon.

Very nice room, fantastic indoor pool & hot tub, great location with parking. The parking was tight & I was there on a crowded holiday weekend. My only issue was there were 2 EV chargers but they required you to create an account. Which wouldn’t be an issue if you can read French. Otherwise you likely end up on the phone for help

Everything was perfect for our first time staying! Room was nice, food was good, staff were so sweet I would definitely recommend!

Everything was good. It does take a while for hot water to come up when showering - need to run for minutes.

No faceclothes, robes etc in room. A basement upon arrival would have been helpful rather than at ck out time. No e tea HH andtoweks to accommodate the “ linen company issue”.

Room was spacious and clean. Great location, easy to walk and close to the metro Free parking!! plus a great pool and gym The restaurant onsite was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montreal

worst hotel it smells every sheet and worst check in she just blasted all info within seconds and didnot make any person welcome at all It is appalling to so see such disgusting staff and poor hospitality

Everything was great, i just wish the lobby water was maintained more. Personally I hadn't tried pear water, but it was a pleasant change. Cucumber water would be a preferred choice by majority. I would return for sure

The room was clean. However, it is showing a lot of wear. The carpet was even stretched out with wrinkles in it, and the towels were old and worn.

Yes it was! The hotel amenities were superb and I liked everything. Only thing I’ll say which is more of a personal preference is I’m not a fan of the vent and light being connected to the same switch in the bathroom. Asides that I had a good stay and would be back again !!!
