Quiet and clean

Their breakfast buffet got better. They used to offer either bacon or sausages at the buffet. During my recent stay, they offered both at the sane time. Their eggs are cooked nicely compared to other buffets I've tried recently.

Always wonderful! We love staying here and are visit several times a year!

Beds were really comfy

Didn’t use other facilities. Bathrooms were supposedly renovated since built they were built. Our bathroom was very tight.shower door handle broken just waiting for someone to pull hard and it would fall apart. Our daughter stayed in a room above us and her shower door fell completely off its track. Definitely not soundproof. We listened to the person in room beside us with a hacking cough all night. Despite being old it was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were very cordial. Breakfast was excellent. Just not worth the money spent for such an old facility.

The hotel is clean, with multiple food options, and in a great location. Friendly staff too. For all of those reasons I would have given it a 4.5-5 Star rating. But the room itself was dated and I found it bare…no pictures, no furniture other than a bed, dresser, a cheap office chair, and a floor lamp. No place for a guest to sit comfortably. Also, I was there for a conference and the 2nd Floor Breakout Rooms were not great. Dated, dark and with poor AC. The Main Ballroom was great. Unfortunately I was only in there for about 1/3 of my sessions. For the price, I would likely stay somewhere else next time.

Spacious room!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. The room was comfortable and clean, the restaurant was conscientious with a wide menu. The fitness centre had enough equipment to workout. The cardio equipment was clunky and worn.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent, and staff were amazing! Big parking lot and very spacious room. Great location with lots of restaurants and a grocery store, easy drive to other places in the city. Cons: The carpet and bathrooms were outdated, small bathroom with not enough counter space in the bathroom. The room was very noisy.

If you have never been to Calgary, consider this hotel as a great home base. Friendly, clean and above all SAFE!
