The room has plenty of space and is comfortable, but you get to feel noise from the other rooms

The traffic sucks to get to this place. 5 trips around the blocks because the GPS would have us make a turn then give us 4 or 5 more turns to make. If we hadn't had reservations we wouldn't have stayed there. Very nice once we got there. Receptionist was fantastic. The only reason I have it 4 starts is because of the difficulty of getting the.

Llegue al hotel y explique que tenia dos noches reservadas con ellos.y me trataron mal me dijieron que hablara con expidia .por que con ellos no habia hecho la resevasion

The food was really good. The beds are very comfortable. The bar has great drinks and a group that plays live music, and they’re great The girl singer is the BEST! Next time I’ll stay there again!

There wasn't enough toilet paper, no ice,charge me 160Q for breakfast ask to speak with manager and never show or call ,ask to have a ice container nothing it wasn't very pleasant

Desde el pasillo huele mal. La habitacion huele peor. La ducha muy sucia en la puerta. La puerta de la ducha parece que se va a caer. No hay agua en la habitación. La puerta del baño mal ubicada porque golpea al lavamanos. Al salir el ticket se vuelve un problema porque tienen que dar otro de descuento para que la máquina no haga el cobro y al menos a mí no me lo dieron, por lo que me tocó estar yendo y viniendo de un lado a otro.
