Perfect location and friendly staff

Everything was terrific, except for the bathroom. It needed some work, and the grout needed cleaning.

Nicely situated, new restaurant offers a really good breakfast. Hotel needs a serious upgrade, stuck in the late 90’s…

Hôtel is definitely really dated. Our first room had a noisy AC and the fire alarm was beeping. We got a 2nd room which was near construction so it was quite noisy. I needed to relax post-op so it was a no go. We were moved to a 3rd room that finally was a good fit. The staff was really great and the included breakfast was excellent. (Included for a limited time to my understanding). EV charging was a nice plus!

L accueil est correct, notre chambre était prête à l arrivée, c est propre même si ça manque d amour, par contre je préfère, et de loin, un établissement propre qui a de la peinture qui lève sur les murs à un établissement récent mais pas propre. Pour le déjeuner c etait correct, la personne qui nous a servi nous a amené du café quand j ai dit que je n en buvais pas elle ne m a même pas offert d eau, j ai trouvé ça ordinaire. Le stationnement était tres facile a trouver et l hôtel vraiment bien situé, j y retournerai.

Nous avons du changer de chambre 2 fois… 1 à cause d’un problème de petite fumée que nous avons constaté à l’arrivée dans la 1er chambre (problème avec un appareil électrique) 2 dans la seconde chambre la toilette était bloqué avec un refoulement dans le bain. La troisième chambre était la bonne… Cet hôtel est vieillissant et sera rénovée dans les années à venir

Not our first visit, however there were renovations going on, therefore no ice machines anywhere in the hotel. We were there on the weekend so no construction noise, so at least this was not a negative. The underground parking lot which is such a great amenity was not accessible due to the renovations. The staff were great as usual and the location is perfect.

Chambre complètement dépassée, chambre de bain à rénover, mais lits très confortable.
