Place looks far better in pictures and other reviews. Place looks like a worn down 1990s decor and needs a serious updating and clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating and made their best to accommodate our anglophone family

The hotel beds were fine. The bathrooms are super old and need renovations.

Les installations sont désuètes, avec du tapis partout. La machine à café était très sale et comme la machine payante au rez-de-chaussée prend argent comptant seulement, j’ai du sortir en pleine tempête.

The receptionist smelled like cigarettes, the bedsheets are terrible they won't let it breathe, the pillows are way too big, the mini fridge in my room was a bit loud, the shower head spewed water out of the shower when I turned it on, the toilet paper is terrible.

It’s not good it’s not horrible but this hotel needs to renovate. OMG bumps in the walls, lamps hanging out with wires out. Rust in the bathtub. Of course the price goes with it, but still.!!!

The check in area smelled like throw up when i checked in

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the location was great. Loved the underground parking for we were traveling with plants and liquids that couldn't freeze. Because it is an older building I thought the bathroom could use a little bit of TLC and because it needs some work I thought the price was a little bit high.
