Cleanliness, staff was friendly

Staff, cleanliness, food/drinks, location & safety of parking lot were all great! The place was very dated otherwise would have given it a 10

As a vegan the food options were limited for me (no protein options), but everything else was fab! The staff at check in were SO nice!

Not very clean

We stayed at the hotel for a training I had at UT. The hotel was clean, safe and close to the campus. The staff was attentive and I was surprised about how good the evening Kickback meals were. It was nice to not have to plan where to go for dinner. Very convenient having dinner in the lobby. I would stay there again.

Great amenities

Great breakfast along with evening food and drinks, clean property and friendly staff.

Staff was nice and happy hour was a nice touch. Rooms were decent but the best part of this hotel is it’s reasonably priced and near everywhere we wanted to go! I would stay again!

This is our third time staying here, always a pleasure. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the second night, we called the front desk and they made sure it wouldn’t happen again.

Close to St DAVID’S Hospital for my recent surgery. Location was easy to find and had good restaurants close by.

Good stay. Nice price. Good breakfast. Two drawbacks. Lots of external noise late at Night, and bed was a bit saggy. For the price, it was a great deal.
