Clean room, friendly staff

Clean room comfortable bed!

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. grim, dust and someone else's hairband behind the door and fingerprints on the mirror. However, when we had very noisy neighbours, the staff were very quick to address.

The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Staff were polite and professional. The breakfast had a great selection. I would stay here again. It was very convenient to attend the dinner theatre.

Location was close to shopping. Condition of the room was messy. Spilled food left on the counter. Bath towel frayed up on the end. Not what I would expect for the cost I paid. When I notified staff it was taken care of.

The hotel was superb in every way. We did not stay for breakfast.

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff.

Room was clean. Lots of parking. Need more Ice Machines. Going all the way to get a bag of ice from freezer at front desk was inconvenient.

The room is clean and neat, all the staff are very professional, accomodating and friendly.

Loved the King suite which worked perfectly for two adults sleeping separately-the pocket door closes off the two areas for privacy and the pullout is actually very comfortable. Spacious bathroom with a spa-like shower and quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash in abundance. The onsite gym is sufficiently supplied with equipment and very clean and spacious-everything in good working order. Breakfast buffet was excellent in both quality and variety-the baked beans were a nice addition! And the warm cookie upon check-in-it was really delicious! Loved this place and would not hesitate to book again.

Beautiful property but i found the bed to be uncomfortable it was too hard for my liking and the pillows didn't offer any support. The breakfast was incredible and the staff were friendly and courteous offering us some watm chocolate cookies upon our late check in at midnight. We were exhausted from the day and looking forward to some rest unfortunately I personally didn't find the bed to be comfortable
