Highly recommend - great place to stay. Pool is the best in area . THe recent remodel is a game changer

Nice hotel, relative friendly staff, dinning options was limited, service was not top of the line.

Nice stay. Good food, went to comedy show Thursday night. Hotels.com gave me a better deal than hotel reservations could have. Tried to stay one more night, the cost given to me thru reservations, was more than I paid for 2 previous nights. Declined - will have to really think if I stay another time.

The hotel is outdated, long walk to spa, homeless people dwelling just outside in parking lot.

Friendly staff, and very quiet!

The hotel itself was beautiful! Check in was quick and the staff were friendly. I took a star off only because the bathroom in our room had so rusted areas and it looks the sink was not cleaned properly (there was hair in the sink and on the amenities). Besides those things the room was very pretty and the mattress was encased 😊. We only stayed for one night but I know that they have several activities and amenities on site so we will definitely be coming back!

Went with a few friends to attend a concert had a great time. The restaurant food is absolutely amazing.

Room was ok - hotel old and rather run down- staff was pleasant -food was overpriced and absolutely horrible- will not eat there again and drinks not great either - went to 80s noght and it was a blast - the band was amazing !

Great fun stay. Great value. Loved the vibe, spa and pickleball!!! Definitely coming back.

Their mattresses were very bad.Zero comfort

Just a really fun place to stay in Santa Rosa. Everyone was helpful and the restaurants and internal clubs were great too! Loved the whole retro vibe of the Flamingo!!!
