This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at, it's a vibe, for sure! The staff is friendly and accommodating. Drinks from the bar were great with a reasonable price point and the pool is huge. Also, the beds are super comfortable as are the pillows and the towels are soft. Overall I highly recommend!

I liked the vibe of the place, the large pool, and the restaurant for dinner was very good. It was really nice that the beds look out the window and can enter/leave from the door near the balcony.

The property itself was okay, but the rooms felt like the quality of a motel (small, scratchy towels, no additional area to enjoy the room past the bed). The wait time for food (we dined for breakfast, dinner, and poolside) was over an hour. You could tell there wasn't enough staff on the premises to accommodate guests. We had also contacted Flamingo to inquire about adding a special touch since it was our honeymoon and while they said they would "do something" over the phone, there was nothing when we arrived or at any time of our stay. In fact, the whole hotel was experiencing key card issues, and we entered our room 3 hours after our check-in time. We also went to get a couple's massage and were rushed through the entire process as they had overbooked themselves. So the whole experience felt like an inconvenience to the staff and wasn't relaxing for us. It seems Flamingo needs some updates in their management/management style.

The hotel itself was great however the service was terrible. For one, check in was at 4PM and we didn’t receive our keys until after 5PM which was extremely frustrating especially after traveling with a 2 year old. On top of that, I had to keep checking in with the front desk to see if the room was ready which in fact it finally was - after they said they would call me, which they didn’t. And then to compensate for all the difficulties they said they would lower my room rate, which I later found out they did not do. This was our second time visiting this hotel and we didn’t have any problems like this the first time so this was very disappointing.

The hotel has a good vibe with VERY friendly staff but I was a little disappointed with my stay. In our room, the toilet tank would not fill up and was very noisy, the bathroom sink didn't drain very well so there was a puddle of dirty water when brushing your teeth (all of which I could have ignored) but then I couldn't get a seat by the pool to enjoy our stay, which was one of the main reasons we booked 2 nights. I know people can purchase day passes for the pool but for these prices, it would have been nice to have at least 1-2 chairs per room made available to guests of the hotel.

I enjoyed the 50's/60's vibe at the property. There was a huge pool at the hotel and a nice hot tub. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The only drawback for me was the food. I only ate breakfast there but it was expensive with limited options and what I had was mediocre. I was also surprised that they did not offer iced tea! One of my daily must haves ;-)

Room layout was terrible. No chest of drawers to put clothes; only a half closet to hang items. Combo tub/shower was aweful. Only (2) staff members during check in caused long line. Room card keys required successive reboots. (1) reboot was due to wrong checkout date. Thin walls between rooms. Parking difficult to find on weekend. Had to park in adjacent lots. Room service did not appear until after 6:00 pm.

The TV doesn’t work. Too bad maintenance is so slow. When they get here, I’ll just have to say ‘too late!’ So - nice place. Nice restaurant. Having housekeeping make sure the TV works before they finish servicing a room doesn’t seem difficult. Five tissues were wasted in the effort to create a flower on top of the tissue box. Those tissues go straight into the trash cuz well, someone’s fingers were all over them! That’s expensive. No TV really isn’t what I expected at this Hilton. Sheesh!-

The place is 100% kids friendly. Nice music and food. I would said they only had one restaurant which was nice and food was good. However i felt they're should have been more of a selection. Staff in pool was extremely nice, some random lady paid for my household food. So i went out my way to tip the floor lady. I'll return again in more of the summer time when weather is nicer. It was a bite chilled at my time of arrival

great front desk staff but house keeping was sub par, we had to ask for everything, coffee for the morning, robes and room cleaning, nothing was offered or anticipated by them. hot tub was murky with out of control jets (shooting air not water) and way to many children/family groups monopolizing the area leaving a mess and no one cleaning up after them. location is great, good food and shopping within walking distance.

This place is super cute and fun- we will definitely be back. The only criticism I have is that the pool is sort of falling apart- my kid stepped on loose tiles and there were broken pool lights :(
