Not the best staff service for a Hilton. But managers worked to fix issues. Food wasn’t good at this location - specifically breakfast.

I honestly never leave a bad review, but was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The washcloth hanging in the bathroom had two pieces of someone else’s blonde / light red hair in it, which was absolutely disgusting considering that I put it on my face.

Room service did not even leave water in the room. The pool capacity was insufficient and very crowded, so we couldn't use it. My overdeducted deposit has not been refunded yet.

Hotel was beautiful. We were supposed to have room to sleep for three. Each bed held one. One person had to sleep on the floor. ☹️Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Paid for three breakfasts. Didn’t get any breakfast!!! ☹️When we got back from the event-shop with food and beverages was closed ☹️Out of state and hungry. Very nice Front office assistant director Jeffrey. Would give another chance as was safe and clean. But when something was paid for with room I would hope to receive next time. (3 breakfasts) Never been to a hotel that there was no vending……☹️

We went to watch a concert, and hotel is walkable to US Bank stadium. Our room was quiet, clean and the view from our room was awesome. Hotel's breakfast buffet was great and Nima our server was so nice and made sure that we are well taken care of.

I think you might want to do a cleaning of your hvac system or something. Both my and my spouses allergies were so bad from something we spent the night blowing our nose and washing our faces. Yes we have allergies. No we have never experienced anything so rough on them. The staff was cool. The building was pretty.
