Reception gave a shoulder shrug when I reported the toilet bowl was filthy: probably a week? Breakfast staff texting. No interest. Bacon cool, scrambled egg turned grey Maybe a manager might show his face? Surprise inspection and something happening for the better?

Parking great, bathrooms need upgrading! Tv very poor only a few channels!

The toilet did not work in our room and there were stains all over the walls. Very dirty.

Suited the purpose of an overnight stay with Boston Pizza a short walk away and free breakfast. Staff very pleasant and entrance welcoming. Rooms adequate although a bit dated .

It started when we arrived. No one at the front desk and there was a sign saying that they had stepped away and would be back shortly. 15 minutes later the person showed up, did not apologize for the wait, and checked us in. The room was very "tired" and my wife's right away said " don't take off your shoes. The bathroom floor was sticky, so layed down a towel. The sink porcelain was chipped and grout was stained. The sheets and towels were clean, but the bed had an old mattress that squeaked terribly. Breakfast wasn't bad and what I would expect from a mid-level hotel. In general, this was the second worst stay in a hotel/motel over45 years of travel.

Please check google reviews too, they have reviews with pictures of bed bugs and people who got bitten.

Side doors did not work with key card. Room was not what was shown in pictures on listing. The room was extremely small and quite smelly and not very clean. There were marks on the walls that looked like greasy hands. There was also trimming missing around the window. We requested a different room but was told there were none available. Then decided to request our money back so we could go elsewhere. Clerk said to talk to Expedia and representative of Expedia could not get a hold of a manager to approve the return. I then requested to speak to a manager via the front desk myself, and was told that was not possible, we had no choice but to stay in the room. We also weren’t ever informed that we needed a voucher for breakfast and were sent away from the breakfast room while collecting our breakfast to front desk to get a voucher. Staff were kind and assisted best they could in general. Not happy with the misrepresentation of the establishment on the listing. For the cost of the room, I would say not worth it.

The room had a very strong smell of urine. The bedding, towels, and toilet was clean but nothing else.

A charming low cost hotel that is clean and tidy, well managed, and with great staff.

Staff were great, the buikding needs a bit of refreshing. The bed was comfortable, but squeaked/creaked with every move. Rolling over was a symphony of sounds. The bathroom was clean and the shower tile were chipped and grout was missing. The faucets were in desperate need up replacement.

Room a bit smelly! Had to sleep with the window opened. Breakfast is quite controlled. Front desk will issue a voucher early in the morning and there 1-2 guys custodian who enters the room. No eggs, but everything else was there. Good oatmeal!

The room was damaged. Wall paper peeling off gross furniture, it looked like furniture you find in the side of the road for free. Orange paint damage in the walls?. I'm never staying at a Travelodge again..

Bed was noisy. Bathroom tile needs cleaning. Coffee machine was not working when we went for breakfast. Personnel had problems with abusive customer at breakfast.
