Staff very helpful, there were no drinking cups or ice bucket in the room and we had to ask for them. Instead of real glass we were given paper cups. Continental breakfast was the worst I have ever seen, ending up eating elsewhere. Tv not working. Side chair cushion was completely worn through, manager was alerted.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The wifi worked well. The bed was comfortable. Good location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very bad hotel, avoid staying. This hotel is in a bid location with no amenities around and no amenities in the hotel. Rooms are old, smelly, dirty and uncomfortable. Staff are extremely rude and unwilling to help. Free continental breakfast was an old muffin from Costco and burn coffee. Also I was not able to get the room I booked and paid for and was down graded with out any refund. Avoid this hotel not worth the headache even to save a few bucks.

Very nice property with bright, large rooms. Great internet speed and access. Bathroom since hadn't been cleaned and was kinda gross.

Great value for money. Close to several amenities. Quick and easy checkin.

AC unit was noisy. Other than that, it was OK.

As a one night stay, for the price, great value. Bathroom sink was not very clean when I arrived, but other than that the rest of the room was fine. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Pillows, towels, and bedding could use an upgrade. Room was fairly quiet. One drawback for me, as someone who has hand issues, was the lack of an elevator, and “push button” doors. This made getting doors open while pulling suitcases challenging, and carrying them upstairs was quite hard on my hands and wrists as well.

It was quiet and check-in was easy. Cleanliness was an issue: there was mold and dirt on the seam of the shower curtain; the washcloth was grey; there weren’t enough towels. Beds were well made, the floor was clean and it had been dusted. At breakfast the waffle mix was leaking and near empty and the garbage can was overflowing. We just stayed for one night, arriving late and leaving early on a long trip across Canada. This stay was not bad but could have been better.

The hotel rents rooms with animals, like big dogs that bark all night. We d'identité sleeping :/
