Great place, and helpful staff. The continental breakfast was also really convenient!

This hotel could use a make over. The bones are good. The continental breakfast is simple but efficient.

I liked the hotel but it’s not on the water front. There is another hotel in the way of the view. I wanted what I thought was water front but only found out when we got there.

Great new gym and lobby.

Only one ice machine in the hotel and it was broken. Friendly and helpful staff.

I got to have my daughter a couple nights and prestige made it happen room had a beautiful view especially in the sunset

Overall it was a decent hotel. The rooms were a bit dated and quite dusty (which could have been the heating system). Showers didn’t work well both times I was there. Breakfast was quite good as was the gym. Overall not bad. Could use some upgrades but staff made it good.

All staff were helpful and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The lady who organised breakfast was especially lovely and helpful. The room was nice spacious and clean with a limited view of the harbour. It was close to all amenities in town.

All of the staff were super helpful and always making sure we had everything we needed, if we ever go back to Rupert and need a place to stay we will stay at this spot again

The rooms were clean. The staff were awesome. They even had it posted that the building is going through renovations and to excuse some of the areas otherwise it was a nice day.

So convenient and close to everywhere

The shower control was damaged and didnt work properly. Caulking and grout needs to be redone. Showing signs of mold and mildew.

This was my first time Brining a dog. The staff at the front desk were so helpful. They helped me clean up a mess and gave our puppy treats. Very welcoming for families with a dog
