Great. The hotel is right on the main road, with lots of restaurants nearby, a 24-hour laundry service behind the hotel, and it's close to Sevel.

There was leftover food in the refrigerator, probably belonging to the previous guest. I reported it by phone but didn't get the proper response. Otherwise, there were no problems. The room was nice and the breakfast was delicious. I will come back here again. Hopefully they will be better at responding to guest reports.

Good view, good accommodation, but when checking in, we couldn't request early check-in, but people who checked in at the same time got a room. Very confusing, even though we checked in at the same time, they got a room, but we didn't get a room.

Great place and hotel. I had a good stay, the only minor problem is the shower room had water that could not be fully drained, so needed to be careful when entered the shower room.

Everything is OK here but. Checking in became a nightmare, the Pullman Hotel couldn't find my name in the data base. 1 hour more process. After being assisted by a team from Indonesia. Trauma too, hopefully it won't happen again because so far I've been happy using the app. Some say, "there are always new things/ways to be improved." regards, juliaman hutabarat.

It was a good experience as I was only staying for one night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, during my stay, one of the battery systems that controls the lighting in my room had problems. I called reception, and staff came and fixed it straight away. Overall, good experience. Thank you.
The grade has dropped a lot, not very clean, no service for pregnant women at all. Only for disabled people

My credit card was charged for 11.059,08 bath without confirmation. Until I complained this evening (one day before I check out). The manager said, the staff at the receptionist (when I checked in on 4 July) thought I haven't paid for my stay. For your information, I already put 4000 bath as deposit when I checked in and the check in staff confirmed that the hotel was already paid by Agent. As a 5 star hotel, they should be active to give an excellent service to their guests. If there was a mistake at the room payment, they should notice earlier and settle it as soon as possible. Don't wait until your guest comes to the receptionist and talk with your manager. At least, the manager admitted the mistake and my money will be refunded.

Lokasi cukup strategi di kawasan Siloam road. Dekat hotel ada tempat makan yang enak (tinggal jalan kaki). Depan hotel juga buka resto 24 jam. Saran saya jika anda minta bantuan staf harap diberi uang tips agar mereka senang. Untuk breakfast rasa makanannya biasa saja.

One of the 5 star hotels with the best service in bangkok, providing convenience to customers, a very strategic place in the entertainment center of silom bangkok, the rooms are also clean and complete. Thank you to all the Pullman g bangkok hotel staff, I will often stay at this hotel when I go to bangkok, good job 👍🙏.
