Too crowded, have to line up at receptionist for more than 1 hour when checked in. And after that because the room was not ready then another line up to get the key 2 hours later. During the check out need to wait for more than 30 mins just to get the bellboy.

The hotel has been around for more than a century. But don't be deceived by it's age, it's very well maintained... & it has a Great location, close to shopping area & many great restaurants. Value for money too. Overall, There's nothing more I would have expect.

Be aware of $30 facility fee. no fridge in our room. not very good value of money despite its nice location.
