There was no microwave in the room but they had one in the kitchen area that we could use so it turned out ok. Staff were very nice.

Deposit was ridiculous! unfriendly staff. Probably would not stay there again. Need to clean the place up.

My stay was okay and the staff were very good. Property is difficult to locate sitting back down a drive where you cannot see any signage until you are right there.

There were cockroaches in our room so we left

Late check in so they graciously allowed me to check out at noon thank you!

The property and room was clean. The hostess was very friendly and sweet. They offered breakfast, but we did not check it out.

It was a nice place but the air-conditioning was so loud we had to turn it off then we were roasting. Very uncomfortable night of sleeping

A real gem. Bed was comfortable. Very clean. Great breakfast.

I didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t told about $100 hold being put on my credit card for the room. I have given my card for amenities before, but not had a charge put on it.

Breakfast is bare minimum. Property is ok. 3/5.

The pool wasn’t open to the public. Ice and vending was locked on our floor so we had to go down to the lobby for ice and anything else we wanted. Only decaf coffee was available in the room.

Wonderful staff, room was nice, beds were comfortable. I felt safe bringing my family of 4 loved being by the great lakes crossing mall, the breakfast options were good!

Hotel lobby was not very clean. Also asked for unexpected and unexplained deposit without knowing how I was paying. Did not stay found a different property

I liked the small waterfall next to the hotel. Peaceful.
