I had a jacuzzi room and wow it did not disappoint! The kitchen was great and the amount if space overall was incredible. Great front desk staff! Shout out to Hailey and Andrew for being amazing.

I loved the open area with the pool and restaurant. I just wish I had more time to try both out. I am planning on bringing my family back to explore the area more.

Very good price on Expedia. Modern, updated decor. Get a roomm facing the interior pool. Delightful plants around the pool. Staff was great. Italian restaurant next door was good. Wish there were more of these in other cities!

Clean room, beautiful pool area, but very old building. No temperature control or fans in the fitness facility, but great workout set up with lots of free weights and cable machines for resistance training. Great location, helpful staff and wonderful restaurant on site.

Clean room, very nice staff. Air conditioning worked well. I was just disappointed since from what the amenities said for my room I’d have a bathtub and then we got there and there was no bathtub! Otherwise it was good.

Nicely renovated room, very comfortable bed and pillows,very clean. Good quality TV to watch the Blue Jays & first Fifa game 😆

The location is great. Price was amazing. Room had a musty moldy smell and the fan on the ceiling made the wall rattle. Ceiling peeling and hanging. Just little things but could easily be addressed.

Room was clean. Check-in went very well and check out. Location is great by the mall and anywhere else you need to go in Lethbridge.

Rooms were ok, for the price they could have been a lot nicer. The courtyard was nice but no where to sit and enjoy it. Not the greatest experience.

The rooms are very clean. The staff is beyond amazing and it has great air conditioning.

It was clean and nice room, however I could not sleep for 2 nights due to a strong smell of blitch from bed and pillow cases. I had a towel from home and I covered my pillow. Otherwise, everything else was good. The Italian Table is so close, with tasty food and reasonable price.

Have stayed before and returned because of the tropical garden area including hot tub.
