Staff didn’t speak good English. I had a lot of challenges with the WiFi which was a big problem.

Not that clean, not the best room

Staff extremely friendly and going put of their way to help us and make us comfortable. I traveled with my dog and the service was outstanding. The room was very comfortable I will definitely choose this hotel for my next visit.

The Security and Front Office staff are excellent

Everything about this hotel is great with the exception that rooms are extremely small and they don’t give you the option of AC on. We were extremely hot it was horrible!!

Best location ever

The room is in a very bad shape, the mattress is bad. The configuration of the bathroom is horrible its almost impossible to use. No coffe maker o expreso in room, no coffe in lobby and the overnight staff is very very rude. Bad experience, never book again until they refurbish and improve the staff
