Unless your room is in the main building, most rooms are located right in front of the parking lot. It’s convenient to access your room, but it’s also very noisy. I couldn’t sleep because of car noises—people were beeping, slamming doors, etc. So much noise! The place also feels very old

Nice property close to downtown Jackson. Small, but cute, lobby and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was the typical buffet. You are paying for the location.

Good breakfast and location is short walk to restaurants and shopping. Hotel short drive to Grand Tetons.

Rooms were recently renovated, apparently (according to the Lyft driver), but there were a paucity of electrical outlets and no USB ports. Otherwise, no problems with the accommodations.

Breakfast good with many options! Room so so but Location convenient to Grand Teten and Yellowstone…

Over price property. Everyone in our party had an issue with their room. Clogged shower drain, noisy air conditioner, unexpected puddle of water in the middle of the room and dirty floor (chewed gum). I wouldn’t recommend this property

Place is extremely dated, and you open up the door to the room directly into the sink for your bathroom. Also, the steel door to the room was so out of adjustment you had to shove the door closed.

Location is good, as nearly everything in Jackson Hole is within walking distance. Friendly, helpful staff. Managed to get an early check-in, but room was in the back building with no elevator. Room was clean, but rooms are old. We had issues with the room temperature constantly varying from 5 degrees below to 5 degrees above setting. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Very tiny bathroom. I'd probably rate this as a 3.5 star property.

The hotel is not “brand new” but the rooms are super clean inside and lots of supplies. Decent breakfast and several choices.

Would not recommend this hotel. It is way overpriced for what they give you. Front desk staff was nice, but housekeeping was not. On our check out day, even with the do not disturb sign the housekeeper knower at door 1 hour before cut off time. We acknowledge we were leaving. He came again and knocked 10 minutes before. Finally at 7pm I receive a message that I didn’t check out, while we took the do not disturb sign off the door. It is 5 blocks from the main square, walkable, but not in bad conditions. Will not stay here again.
