Plus - Good beds, including the sofabed - Good shower - Close to Metro - Close to airport Minus - Hotel is a bit worn out, with little niggles: a broken lamp, a damaged cupboard door, a shower tap button missing - Tea making facilities not getting topped up, asking for it at reception, telling me to go to the bar, barman wanting me to charge for it. - Reception area is very underwhelming: there is no entry, just a pedestal with a screen and a printer. And just two fluffy sofas. A world of difference with the Novotel in Barcelona. - Area around hotel is soulless empty office park. Thank god the metro is nearby.

Perfect location for tourists, staff needs to be more trained in dealing with foreign tourist as majority of them don’t know English

The hotel was nice, the only complaint that I have the room was too hot.

The place was ok but the roof was cracked, the toilets are small, the place was HOT. The AC does not go lower than 25 degrees Celsius…. I won’t be staying here next time I travel.

The hotel was just okay. The room air conditioning was terrible even with the EU laws on room temperature it was too hot. The fridge did not cool down the drinks in it. The room did not have an iron you had to request one. The staff at the restaurant were terribly rude.

For me the biggest issue was that there was no Air conditioner !! OMG after you come from a long day walking, so getting into your it feels like a sauna. It was very hard to sleep. There was few things broken in the bedroom too. I probably would not stay there again.

The placement of the lobby os confusing anf the staff seems to be still in training. After waiting for about 20 minutes for checkout the lady in the front desk let people bypass the line and go straight to her for checkout after complaining I was informed that for checkout is only required to leave the key. It will be helpful and time saving if a sign indicating the process for checkout is placed at front desk

This hotel was decent! Garage is very secure, Room was a decent size, and staff was friendly. I think those are the only positives! Hotel is far from center. About 20-30€ one way into center. Bar is the only place to eat a sandwich or hamburger. Dinner buffet is 21€ for adults and 15€ for children and all I ate was salad. Everything else did not look appealing! Then there was wine just sitting on a table ( no sign or anything) so I went to take a glass thinking it was included, and a staff member came over to tell me that was for another group. The only thing you get with dinner is water. No one even came to ask us if we wanted anything else! 4€ for a glass of wine and 21€ for a dinner I didn’t eat…left hungry! Ate better on my flight back to USA than I did that night. Very big disappointment! Also, bed was very uncomfortable so hungry and tired does not make for a great stay!
