Lovely hotel, room and view slightly disapointing

Visit to home town for a funeral. Second visit in two months also a funeral. Good parking and the bonus of an amazing beach for walks.

Me and my daughter had a great nights stay we loved the pool

The room was 'fine' but starting to become 'jaded'.

Lovely few days on the North East coast. Breakfast was just what you need with both cooked options and fruit/pastry. The staff were lovely in all areas of the hotel including the gym&pool. You can't go far wrong. Our room was comfy, clean and perfect for a short stay.

It was basically a humiliating experience with racist guests and disrespectful breakfast staff

Parking was super easy and the bed was comfy! Room was nice and a slight sea view. Didn't use any of the facilities.

Not great room very outdated and in need of lots of repairs. The window did not fully close so lucky it was hot or room wouldn’t have been able to stay in

Absaloute nightmare with room above bouncing around till all hrs so my child an I was unable to relax or sleep

Friendly staff, good breakfast, seafront location but rooms were a bit tired - could do with updating.

Overall it was ok bed

Nice hotel in a very good location. Good breakfast.

Room had no working fridge, no power points near bed, couch in room was dirty, several other maintenance related issues found in room. Good location for dining options, shame room wasn't quite up to expectations, certainly not "grand".

Hotel although a little dated and tired in places beds comfortable and clean facility’s good, pool lovely and extremely friendly helpful staff we got it as a last minute booking for a great price and would book again without hesitation
