99 % of your staff was great. However, the girl that was on during the morning we check out was very unfriendly and is not fit to be on the front desk.

Clean room

Everything was very good However I did notice a staff member that was cleaning some of the rooms drag some clean sheets on the hallway floor before taking them into a room to be put on a bed

The staff at reception were friendly and efficient. The lady working in the breakfast area was swamped but she did an amazing job of keeping everything stocked.

Close to downtown and the waterfront. Very adequate breakfast.

Comfortable stay. No elevator so request bottom floor if any mobility issues such as knees or hips

The staff were warm and friendly, rooms were cleen, the breakfast buffet included waffles which were good. My only real complaint was that much of the parking on our side of the hotel was taken up by sea cans and construction debris. All in all a lovely place to rest your head.
