Very dirty room

There is no pool at this property. However the hotel is located close to shopping and other amenities.

Great value, room was quite spacious and decently appointed. Housekeeping was excellent. Location is fairly close to everything you might need in Kitchener, but it's entrance and exit can be a challenge to access at busy times of day. The breakfast was adequate, better than a typical continental breakfast, but the coffee was not good (putting it nicely) and the hot food (eggs and a meat) was mediocre at best.

Teenagers were allowed to have a massive hall party all through the night. Staff could not do much about it.

Room was clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. One thing to note is that our shower didn’t have any warm water even after letting it run for over 10 minutes which was a bit inconvenient but overall was an okay hotel.

Decently clean room, little details missed ( hair in bed that was not mine) very spacious, front desk was kind but could’ve been more engaged and slower when discussing things

Very old equipment. No USB charger but they have a plug for landline telephone. Shower barely works. Very noisy doors slamming everywhere even at night

Our room had no hot water. It was tepid at best. No, usb ports in the rooms to recharge phones. Otherwise, it was a decent experience.

It was dirty, the shower was gross and had old hair in it, the carpet had crumbs everywhere, the sink had dirt in it, there were people knocking on the glass door in the morning, and the key cards were not working well, glitching and gave us trouble getting back into our room. it was just not a pleasant stay. Definitely need to change these things and have better security because having people roaming around knocking on the doors is quite scary.
