I booked 2 rooms for 1 night, June 25/26. I had stayed at this property before a couple of years ago. I found the property very different this time. The windows had no shade or drapes, just a sheer panel that you could see through. The bathrooms are old, the tub had rust all round it and the toilet was so small it looked like it was for a child. My son slept in the one room and he couldn't sleep because the sheets were washed with something that made him itchy all night. I had emailed the hotel before to tell them of his allergies. I was not able to sleep all night in the other bedroom because the mattress was like a rock. I wonder if the hotel has been sold to someone else because it was very different from the other times I stayed there.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, so there were some mattresses in the hallway. However, this did not affect our experience. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We especially appreciated the hot breakfast, which was perfect for our family traveling with young children.

This is where we usually stay when we go to Northbay, staff is great, clean, breakfast inc and now alot of rooms are renovated.

Hotel is currently under renovations so hallways are lined with old furniture and mattresses and unappealing smells. Hallways are still quite out dated. My room had been renovated and was quite nice and very clean.

Good price for what they supply. Clean room, big two queen beds. The infrastructure around the building is not good. Totally, it is good to stay.

it was clean but with the renovations going on it was clustered somewhat. the room was super clean but the bed was so hard it felt like sleeping on a cement slab otherwise it was a nice stay.

Lots of construction. As the place was being renovated. New renovated rooms are lovely but one lampshade had holes torn in it. Wallpaper in bathroom peeling but everything new. Great breakfast. NEW everything else. Good value for your money. Weekday rooms under 150$ and includes breakfast (sausages, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, fruit, yogurt, bagels, and toast). You pay 40$ for a breakfast for two. Factor that savings in. Great value.

It is a nice little hotel, away from the noise and crowd. I would have liked a bit more on the breakfast but its well above a typical continental breakfast, so can't complain too much.

checked in and the whole upper floor was under renovation. Think the room i had i was the first user. very nice. however lots of furniture in the hallway The power went out during the night and the night clerk was not sure how to reset it. However she was extremely apologetic. was not a big deal I am wondering why they are installing new rugs. Should they not be installing laminate floor. I believe it's more healthy and easier to keep clen

I had to go up to North Bay for my cousins wedding. First impression i was scared bacause there was a bunch of mattresses in the hall, but they were renovating. Front stagg amazing, room was very clean, nothing negative to say about the hotal

We stayed in one of your recently renovated rooms. This was much needed and we enjoyed the new clean space. Now just need new pillows! Staff are always great and the location with easy access to the highway is appropriate. Breakfast is predictable- a change would be nice, but area is always clean and replenished. Thanks

The room was updated and clean. Parking is a breeze.

Room clean except for sheer curtain was dirty Room looks like it was renovated recently. Carpet looked new. Probably would be better to have room on back side of hotel as you are next to the main highway and there is a traffic light in front of hotel so you hear traffic all night stopping and going. Hotel itself was quiet.
