Bathroom ceiling flaking, with mold. Room had a great number of flies.

Room was spotless. Very comfortable bed with bright white sheets. Excellent value for money.

I do not have pets but there are many stores just up and down the road

Clean, nice room only drawback was a fan or something near our room running every other minute. Turned our heat off as it was nice weather so it wasn’t our heater.

The overall experience

There was a barking dog off and on all night then early in morning. Bed was very uncomfortable. Told morning staff all they said was oh sorry we will be better next time. Wont be a next time!

Matters was dirty

Yes the room was clean and spotless, great mattress. Service is excellent. The only problem is, there is no elevator for us senior. I will come back.

Room was clean, staff was courteous. The only issue was despite the numerous notices throughout the property regarding enforcing 11pm quiet time for tournament patrons, this did not happen.

Clean room, great staff, good bed, and very quiet. Slept very well and had an excellent breakfast in the morning. Will definitely stay again
