Went for breakfast at 8am, it’s on 630-930, there was only potatoes, no bacon or eggs. The guy cooking the food came out to see that it was empty and then angrily shook his head and went to put more on. I watched him handle the food with his hands, no gloves, he then pulled out his phone for a few moments, did not wash his hands, then proceeded to prepare food. He had blue shaggy hair and no hair net on either.

We had a great 2 nights. Everything was very good for us. Very satisfied.

Breakfast was ok, parking sucks. The parking spaces are very narrow. I'm handicapped and get out of my vehicle was a challenge! Only one handicapped parking space on site too!

Booked a one night stay for business. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and appropriate for this occasion. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast items were as expected.

Very disappointed in the booking procedure. We were in Sudbury to attend a meeting. Not being able to book our rooms directly created a significant amount of difficulty. The number we were given to call gave an extremely high quote, so I checked other prices and chose Expedia, and booked 3 rooms. When we arrived, I was informed that there was only one room booked, but by some miracle they found another room on a different floor. Another member, not knowing that I had booked a room for her, called the number on your business card and was quoted and charged one hundred dollars more. When informed that I had booked the rooms, she immediately called to cancel her room and was told it was cancelled. She arrives at the hotel and imformed that she has two rooms booked and can not cancel them. She did not receive a confirmation number, and was hung up on when she called a second time to cancel. We travel to Sudbury often and stayed various hotels, and had no problems. I would not recommend your hotel.

Was a bit out of the way, but the recommendation for supper at a facility near by made staying at this location well worth while.

Very good just be careful if your booking on Expedia you book the right location. There are two of them.

we had only a short one-day stay. it was comfortable. had a particularly good sleep. the only thing that was a bit problematic was the heating system... but we did manage to work it out.

Nice rooms and friendly staff - if you want housekeeping, you have to request it.

Room was not cleaned properly which led me to leave a day earlier than expected. Found a dead bug stuck on my towel and a used tissue behind the toilet.

Breakfast menu was ok. Parking was ok. My partner and I have been frequent quests here at comfort inn east in sudbury. we have come almost 2 days at a time weekly. we got into an accidnet at their property due to a high snowbank. we have been coming into sudbury for medical treatment. we requested a ground floor. we have been getting ground floor as my partner sustained a fractured lumbar #1 on an accident in Feb 16, 2026.. He cannot do stairs. we were put on the second floor when we requested a main floor. Never again will I go with Expedia. Never, unless this is looked into and an apology or an nights stay is given. Never again, Expedia. Never!!!!!
