At first glance, the hotel online seemed promising, so we decided to give it a try. However, upon our arrival, we were met with a significant delay of 10 minutes or more in the check-in process due to the absence of a receptionist. Once we finally received our room, we were shocked to find it filthy. Not only were there no towels, but when we requested them, we were informed that there were none available, which is utterly absurd for a hotel establishment. Despite our subsequent attempt to inquire the following morning, we were met with the same response. To make matters worse, we discovered underwear inside a drawer, further corroborating the hotel’s apparent lack of thorough cleaning practices. The bathroom was equally appalling, with urine present in the toilet upon our arrival.

Room was very stinky even though it was non smoking. Very loud at night due to what look like permanent residents. Breakfast was not maintained and noone seemed to stop what looked to be a person off the street from coming in and making breakfast.

The place was dirty, carpets stained, old vomit on the side of the bed, chairs with stains and severe wear. The noise from the freeway was ridiculous.

The halls were extremely dirty withn filth and vomit. The furniture was filthy and old. The plumbing in the room was loose and difficult to use. My wife almost refused to stay there due to the filth.

I didn’t like anything as soon as I called to ask a couple of questions. Area was not great either and decided not to stay and will not be coming back. Complete waste of money.

Outside of hotel pretty dirty needs to be cleaned. Also found hair on bed cover and sheets. Breakfast was only sugary items.

I should be trusted the reviews but I trusted my friend who stayed one night before and said it was okay. But no, it's nasty with several bugs in my room.

The hotel was used for partying of local residence & obvious other illegal activities (prostitution & drug deals).

Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. Upon entering the room, I was greeted not by cleanliness or comfort, but by the unmistakable stench of neglect—and worse. There was pee on the toilet seat, which tells me housekeeping either has a sense of humor or simply doesn’t exist. The room was clearly not cleaned, and it felt like I was the unlucky guest in a very bad prank show. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, I was met with a representative who had the attitude of someone being personally inconvenienced by my very existence. Rude, dismissive, and utterly unhelpful—like customer service from an alternate reality where guests are the problem. This place doesn’t deserve your money or your time. Spend both somewhere that doesn’t treat hygiene and hospitality like optional add-ons.
