The hotel was ideally located for exploring the city. It was also easy to find.

Excellent stay. Great staff very Clean property. If I had one concern it would be the room we stayed in was on the smaller side.

The outdoor pool is great and restaurant has really meals. It is in desperate need of an upgrade as a hotel. Rooms are not nice. Even pool side.

The soaps and shower products are in actual pump bottles, compared to other hotels sample size bottles it’s very useful. Also the cafe in the hotel has Starbucks refreshers.

Excellent staff and we received a complimentary upgrade which was unexpected but appreciated.

The hotel staff and restaurant staff were awesome. The hotel staff upgraded our room to a wheelchair access room when they saw my husband was in a wheelchair and I explained that I didn’t know how to reserve a wheelchair accessible room on the computer. We were there for 7 days and they were able to give us the room for 4 days and upgraded us to a queen room for the last 3 days from a double bed room. We had stayed in rooms with double beds on our way to Kelowna and found we couldn’t get the wheelchair between the beds so it was a struggle for my husband to get to bed. The restaurant staff were awesome too . They remembered what we liked to drink and had it to us in 1-2 min of entering the restaurant and accommodated my husbands pickiness. We will definitely stay there again.

The tv controls are a bit frustrating, however all staff we encountered were great. Food and Service in Vintner's was really good. Would be great to have a complimentary water in the room. Good stay.

So much better than we expected, wanted to stay longer but was fully booked. So get it if you can

The bathtub was clogged the first day we checked in. After we reported the issue, they sorted it out quickly.
