Great hotel, lovely, helpful and professional staff, very clean and comfortable. Excellent location.

Charging a “resort fee” for a hotel in Toronto is laughable. This is not a resort, it’s a hotel in the middle of downtown TO. Staff are overly polite, comes off fake and insincere.

Room was very clean, exeptional staff! The food was amazing at Azure.

The room was recently renovated. However, there appeared to be an issue with load sounds (clanging) occuring constantly through the night. My wife and I believed that this noise stemmed from the elevator and the rooms proximity to the elevbator. This was a large disappointment after being charged $50 and thinking this was and upgrade. Sincerely, this was not worth the 50$ charge. In addition, Ammenity charges should not be automatically billed if the customer does not use these ammenities... including providing 2 complimentary bottled waters.. (what a disappointment !!!!)

Everything was top notch from the valet, check in, restaurant staff and our room.
