Great location to Calgary attractions.

The worst hotel that I ever stayed. Sink was clogged. Elevators were very messy. And the rooms were stinky.

Great stay.. manager isn’t so Pleasant other wiser stay was great breakfast was great. Pool is nice rooms are good.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great big tv in room. Only suggestion would be to have a microwave in the room. All in all itsba welcoming hotel.

Overall good. Missed making bed one day, forgot to leave soap in bathroom one day but good otherwise. Breakfast was very good. Breakfast staff excellent and helpful. Refilled empty items quickly. Check in and check out staff excellent.

Terrible! Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. No parking, loud kids, bad area, walls are like paper so very noisy. Pool never work, street people going parade, garbage dumped everywhere. Stay away

Place was clean , Parking a little tight if you arrive to hotel late .(9.00pm or later) Breakfast staff is good but needs more helpers to keep up with the dishes and food .

The room layout was nice. The carpets were barely vacuumed, the shower screamed as you used it, and there was very visible wear and tear. We had to clean the toilet seat of toothpaste spit on arrival which was disappointing.

The bathroom was outdated the windows was dark the TV system was complicated not too much choices. Overall was ok.

The staff were unhelpful and made us feel like we were disturbing them. Waiter at the front desk for 2-3 minutes while the 2 staff behind the counter chatted with each other. No other customers standing there. Rooms very dated and smelled old.
