Great size rooms, breakfast good selection, friendly staff.

Stayed here with 8 friends for my 50th. The rooms and hotel facilities were superb, very comfy beds. Nice and relaxing pool area. Great location, bars and restaurants only a few minutes walk away. Very good value for money, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Occidental Puerto Banús La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la playa, restaurantes y todo el ambiente de Puerto Banús. El hotel es moderno, limpio y con un personal muy amable que hace la experiencia agradable. El único detalle que no me permitió darle 5 estrellas es que por la noche se escuchan bastante los carros de la avenida, lo que dificulta descansar bien.

Very nice hotel, and it smells amazing in the lobby area. Very spacious room, spacious balcony, with great view of pool. Front desk staff…meh😕. I think they could use a bit more training. The location of this hotel is sooo convenient. We were in walking distance to so many places! Overall, enjoyed our stay! Absolutely love Puerto Banus and Marbella! Beautiful cities!

Great location. Friendly and helpfull staff, fantastic room service, nice pools with always access for deck chairs and phenomenal breakfast. Bit noisy because of the street just outside but was not bad.

Enjoyed our stay at Occidental. Hotel has been totally renovated. It was very clean and the Staff were very attentive and friendly.

Property was ok but there was a cockroach in the rooom . Had to move twice and still saw them

Very good. The location is very convenient. The port and various nightlife spots are all within walking distance. The Buffet had a nice food selection and the staff around the hotel were very friendly. The pool area was great as well.
