The hotel was charming and well-established, and our room was beautifully decorated. We were so glad we chose to stay at a traditional hotel instead of a modern one, as it really fit the atmosphere of Prague. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious dishes, too.

This hotel is lovely, perfect location. All the attractions restaurants bars are all in walking distance, would definitely stay here again .

Poor and tired room with cheap and damaged old European style furniture. Bathroom did not offer a shower curtain and the floor was not cleaned of hair from previous stay. Typical mold in corners and a broken tiles on the side of the bath tub. Would not recommend.

The good: Helpful staff, decent breakfast, fantastic location The bad: Hotel condition is a bit outdated. The first two days we didn’t feel air conditioning even we were told it was centrally maximized. The last night the cold air blowed to my face all night and couldn’t be adjusted. Overall I would expect a much more comfortable stay for a 5-star hotel.

Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Room has a hot tub. Breakfast os good.

Hotel has good position on Wenceslas square ,close to metro for the airport,good shopping area,close to main attractions,very good buffet breakfast,good size rooms,two lifts,a grand hotel,

We have been going to this hotel for 6 times. We love the friendliness and easy to check in. Food avaliable which us good. Buffet breakfast excellent

What an amazing experience in this hotel for my first ever solo trip. Area around the hotel is amazing and so close to many sites.

Muy mala experiencia,lo único bueno del hotel es su ubicación. Sucio,mala predisposición,no me dieron adaptador para la computadora salvo si pagaba 18 euros,no te dan agua en la habitación,te hacen dejar un depósito de 100 euros,bañera que no te podes mover,no anda el aire ya que es central y si alguien pide que lo apaguen y vos tenés calor te dicen que te dan un ventilador. Se supone que es un hotel 4 estrellas,creo que no tiene más de 1 y solo por la ubicación.

This hotel is gorgeous and so comfortable. It was only a bit more expensive than other ones in the area but the difference was VAST. My room was delightful and the breakfast was amazing. I will stay here anytime I can!!

Do not stay here in the summer time. They DO NOT have air conditioning that works. they had to bring me a fan. It was swealtering in August.
