This was one of our stays on an almost 20hr drive. The staff was great, it was quiet at night, and the beds were very comfortable.

Close to our family, very nice.We will stay again.

Location is good. Lobby staff is good. Building is old; consequently room utilites were old and loose like the toilet and shower handles. Carpeting in room sticky.

I have stayed here before. I really like that they still have a REAL PERSON at the front desk instead of a virtual presence device with someone from India. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pillows are a little high so bring your own.

Location was good. Lobby check in good. I stayed 3 nights total and not one day was the room cleaned. The toilet was loose so was the shower handle. The hot water was great but practically no cold water. Breakfast offered but so many people that you could eat there because no food allowed to be removed from the area. 3 stars for location 1 stars for cleaning services and 3 stars for lobby staff.

No hot water the first night and was also roaches in the restroom the front. Told me they would refund the first night but now the GM said no DEFINITELY NOT SOMEWHERE I WOULD EVER STAY AGAIN AND WPILF HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE TO STAY THERE EITHER I DIDNT MENTION THE ELEVATOR NOT WORKING

Beautiful property and great staff

The property manager was very rude, the front desk person was getting an attitude and didn’t want to help got to the hotel 5 minutes before checkin and my room wasn’t ready had to wait for 30+ minutes for a room the place had roaches no towels, ruin my vacation with my children just the worse experience I’ve ever had at a hotel I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

From friday it was a problem with check in our check in was at 3pm got there at 2:50 didnt get into the room till 3:30 pm they have roaches i upload pictures they remove it worst service they do their own survey -0 star

It was horrible experience never had this experience in my life with the staff and it has bugs in the rooms they didnt have clean towels and sheets and the wifi was not working.

Would not recommend upon check in the elevator was broken, no hot water , from thur-Sunday no one came to clean the room , we had to get a new key each day because they stopped working && to top it off there were roaches in the room and refrigerator

Nasty place full of roaches, low class people doing drugs around the pool and parking, the service and the staff was awful. Dirty, noisy and the room was not cleaned.
