Excellent stay. My only two issues were: 1. They use firm mattresses so bed was a bit hard for my taste 2. Water pressure from shower wasn't that great. Other than that, the property is gorgeous, landscape well-kept and the staff was above and beyond. Recommend a lot! Super close to downtown area and they offer taxi service at the lobby if you need it. 10/10

The place was beautiful and convenient for I time in Aguascalientes. Wedding reception was there. The staff especially, the bell ot Sr. Angel, was great.

The overall conditions of the hotel were disappointing. There were mosquitos and flies in both the dining area and the room, with no visible effort from the hotel to address the issue. I also noticed cockroaches in the patio area. While the internet connection was acceptable, the customer service was poor. On two occasions, I was asked to park my rental car myself despite having valet service. The bathtub was in terrible condition, and the room had an unpleasant odor. The general customer service from the staff was inconsistent—some were friendly and greeted guests, while others did not

The hotel is beautiful, wonderful for pictures. Beds are comfy. water pressure is bad. Pool area is small but nice. Maid and maintenance people are very polite and helpful. Now, lets talk about the restaurant in this hotel, it is expensive and the food is below average. The service is terrible and slow, very slow. Most likely, we will not be staying here again.

Building is beautiful but it is not updated and well maintained. Shower spills water outside of the tub, lack of enough electrical outlets to recharge devices, mosquitoes plague everywhere. We couldn’t eat in the restaurant because of that. Only one person is valet parking and bell boy so you need to wait several minutes for your car, etc, etc. We won’t return to this hotel.

El personal del hotel con el que interactué fue muy amable, sin embargo, la habitación (218) que se me asignó olía mucho a humedad tan pronto abrías la puerta del cuarto, la llave del lavabo no estaba en buenas condiciones, la ventana no cerraba del todo, como que estaba descuadrada y lo que ya no pude tolerar fue que me salieron cucarachas, por lo que tuve que solicitar cambio de habitación, la cual, estuvo mucho mejor que la primera. El servicio del restaurante es muy tardado, les tomó 35 minutos servirnos un caldo de pollo, comentar que la primera noche no encontramos a nadie que nos atendiera, en cuanto a los exteriores, el hotel es muy agradable y está bien cuidado. Estuve 3 noches más, posterior al incidente de las cucarachas y el Gerente del Hotel no tuvo la atención y supongo, ni el tiempo, para contactarme y hablar de la situación, aun cuando el personal ya me había informado que el Gerente sabía del tema.
