Good location and great staff. Room was dated with peeling paint and seeable wear and tear over the years

My stay wasnt comfortable because the fitst room add a smell, the mattress wasnt attacked to the bed railing, the hotel had roaches. We finally moved to another room which was a little better, but the hotel need upgrades. For this to be a Holiday Inn, i wasnt pleased!!! I wouldn't stay again!!!

I booked a sunset view room. I got a parking lot view. It was awful.

Great location, great staff, a really good hotel for the Southwest Beach area. Highly recommended.

Loved the entire hotel. Restaurants were good, room as big and comfortable, location was great!

Short stay nice property and room

The hotel was very accommodating, they let us check in early. The room was very comfortable and felt homey. The amenities were great, the food selection could have been better.

I liked decking walkways to room and convenient elevators to parking

The staff was wonderful, always polite and accommodating. Facilities on property was very nice, including restaurants, Bars, Mini golf, ect. Parking was hard. They have under building parking and it was hard to park there. Always full and it was so hot outside that my chapstick melted all in my cubby. When splash park closed parking was easier.

Early check in was at 2:30, room was not ready until 5pm.

Clean, convenient, close to the beach and many restaurants and bars. Restaurant and Bar onsite. Comfortable beds.

My family and I enjoyed staying here

When we arrived there the water park was closed. We tried to get in the pool and was asked to leave. We were also asked to give up our chairs. It smells of fish. I spent extra for what was supposed to be family friendly hotel. I could have stayed somewhere else. For a holiday inn property I was actually disgusted. I will never book with them again.

Unfortunately, my recent stay at this property was disappointing and did not meet the standards I expected, especially based on my previous visit. The biggest concern was safety — parts of the roof were missing during my stay, which made the environment feel unsafe and poorly maintained. On top of that, I was given only one water park pass, even though I had received four during my last stay under the same conditions. When I brought it up, it wasn’t resolved, which was frustrating and felt unfair. The cleanliness was also not up to par — the room and common areas needed much more attention. Overall, this experience left me disappointed, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.
