Everything was good

Staff- perfect, breakfast - great. Room - comfortable. Hallways were unfortunately dirty and bathroom had thick dust around the ceiling fan and bathroom tiles cracked

The overall experience was just fine. They didn’t have parking available in the middle of the week, the thermostat didn’t work correctly and it was extremely cold inside during summer. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

Bedding was good. Old property but maintained. Complementary breakfast was awesome. Overall good stay!

Wonderful buffet breakfast.

Had a great stay. The Clarion is in a nice part of town with easy walking distance to dining and shopping. Rooms are quaint and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, and breakfast was very good.

Lovely hotel with great and firendly service. Well located. The entrance has some real old-world charm but the rooms are comforable and functional

Checked out after one day and moved to a neighbor hotel. The size of the family room was good. The room felt dirty, showering there the whole bathroom got wet. In general the hotel tries to be a "design hotel", but you so clearly feel how cheap all the design elements are.... Got a new hotel closer to the water and still enjoyed our stay in Kristiansand.

Parking was a little far away. I was not offered on site parking. We had an interior room. It would’ve been nice to have an exterior room. All that being said the room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have a coffee maker in the room as well as a tea kettle. The buffet breakfast is outstanding probably the best we had in Norway.

Was an overnight stay with a family of 4 so hard to tell about the overall experience with such a short stay. One thing was that we needed to use the hotel parking lot. When we checked in we were told they were book. I was never told to book ahead of time and parking in another lot was a slight challenge as we were leaving for the airport at 4am.

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff, perfect location and comfy beds... loved it.😊

Nice hotel

Oppholdet var bra, god frokost

Har lenge vært et bra hotell, men begynner nå å bli mye som er slitent og trenger vedlikehold og opplysninger. Teppene begynner å bli tynnslitte, spesielt i trapper. De har fjernet minibaren/ kjøleskap fra rommene og overser nødvedig vedlikehold. Døra mellom rom.og toalett er så slitt at maling / lakk har løsnet. Åpningstider for frokost er kort, men har bra utvalg i frokosten.

Helt utrolig at hvis man kommer kl 12, så må man betale 300kr for å sjekke inn tidligere når rommet var klart, eller vente å få rommet kl 15 .

Var en veldig fin helg. Ikke noe å sette fingeren på
