Excellent hotel and friendly efficient staff. Casually mentioned to one of the restaurant staff that it was my birthday the following day and when we arrived back the next day found a card and cake waiting for us. Small things but makes a big difference.

Was value for money - nothing fantastic but good location and clean rooms - breakfast and dinner included in our rate but only had breakfast which was good and excellent value if we had paid @ €9 Only disappointment is the parking - hotel advised they were full months ago …. And suggested car park next door - this was very well located but @ €39 for the night €€€€ - and the major disappointed was if hotel had told us to pre book it would of been €12 - poor show on customer service

The hotel is nice, with good size room. Location is perfect: close to the centre, without the buzz of being in the centre. The staff is scarce, and even if they're trying their best, it's not enough. Management is clearly very poor, and responsible for not staffing enough for their needs. Main issues: coffee maker was broken, which caused the water to pour over the cable. Very dangerous! The kettle was also malfunctioning. The shower shampoo and soap dispenser, didn't dispense anything: the size of the bottles were wrong. THERE'S A CLEAR LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY IN THIS HOTEL.

I have been coming to this hotel for nearly 10 years now as its location suits me for professional reasons. The staff are friendly, the breakfasts very good, the facilities fine and the bedrooms comfortable. There are more central places but at a higher price, so this is a good compromise.

The location was handy, a bit overpriced for a room but nice rooms, just expected a bit more for a 4 star hotel. Hot options at the breakfast would be nice and there was no view from the room just into other rooms that said if you want a nice room with no bells or whistles this is it

Friendly helpful staff, hotel reserved parking reasonably priced, hotel clean and room checked daily. Buffet breakfast had various choices only downside was coffee was from a machine, would have preferred freshly made coffee. Easy walking distance to old town. Harbour and beach.

Our stay at this hotel was great! The room was very clean, and the bathroom was a highlight, with a nice tub that had jets. The location was perfect, making it easy to get to local restaurants and use public transportation. However, the best part of our stay was definitely the breakfast buffet—it was fantastic.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Alicante. The staff was superb, very friendly and helpful. The facilities are good and it’s walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops. The breakfast is great with a wide variety of typical Spanish food and broadly European. I definitely recommend this hotel.
