All reception and kitchen staff were excellent and friendly. Superb customer service.

They did not tell me I needed to pay the parking every day, they just said a camera picks you up and you pay when you leave. I specifically said I am there for 4 days but they did not tell me to pay every day. I will now be fined. I will never stay there again. Ever

I had a nice stay at this Scandic. But the place is run-down and would need an overhaul. The beds are comfortable though. But the prices are definitely too high for the overall quality. The breakfast is average, not Scandic standard. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had to move a bedside shelf to put bed against the wall, so my kids wont fall of the bed, found some make up and some dirt, the plates from breakfast was dirty.

Unfortunately hotel is looking tired and no facilities in rooms for tea or coffee these have to be purchased in foyer. Double bed was two singles pushed together with inadequate mattress. Town itself is pleasant Would have been great to explore the surrounding area with more time sorry Scandic not in this one!

Decent and clean but had a rundown feeling. Chair in room was threadbare. Parking was inconvenient (had to park a ways away and pay).

Just stayed two days on business. Despite putting a do not disturb notice on my door during the day, someone clearly went into my room and made the bed. The foyer has a nice seating area and there is free tea and coffee. Breakfast didn't appear to have any hot food and there is no evening food but there are other places to eat in town. One bed was okay, the other was worn out and the matress needed replacing. Its a functional hotel but rough around the edges from a room point of view.
