I didn’t get the room i paid for they just put me in an already used room bathroom towels were we in the tub an a big towels were on the floor in bathroom also it had roaches . I asked for a refund

First of all, there was no working staff, so if you find a number at the entrance and call, someone will come and give you the key 15 to 20 minutes later. The main door to the lobby was open all night without any safety devices.

It was nice

To be honest, my room was quite clean and tidy. But, the place I lived was too smelly to take a breath in because they allow pets too. The hallway is too messy with full of detergent on the floor, trashes everywhere. Smoking and nonsmoking is mixed which made me feel sick in my stomach. Generally speaking, it is ok to stay for one night but not recommended for kids. It is too messy and complicated.

I paid for a room that i could not sleep in because the system was down. So i had no where to sleep.

Fridge still had previous guest leftovers. Room was very hott and the bathroom sink had dried toothpaste inside. Fire alarm went off at 6:30 am and the cable went out after a storm had came over the building

A great place to stay

This hotel should not be listed on hotels.com. It is a permanent residents for crackheads. Yelling in the hallways and smelling of weed everywhere. I arrived around 10pm and found the lobby front desk closed down with a roll up door. I called twice to the local hotel number and after 30 min someone showed up to bring me a key for my room. There was at least two yelling/domestic disputes while waiting for someone to show. Fire alarm went off in the early morning and whistled for a few minutes. If you want the “live like a crackhead” experience this is your place. I don’t think they get daily hotel visitors, I’m pretty sure this is solely used for permanent residents with issues. Like I said, no front desk. Even at checkout at 9am, lobby desk locked up. Horrible place. Sad thing is that it’s a newer hotel and the room was not awful.
